  • The 3rd International Congress on planted forest will be organised 16-21 May 2013.

    The 3rd International Congress on Planted Forests is Co-organized by FAO, EFI and USSE.  The Congress will address issues like the role of planted forests in Climate change and REDD, Governance issues like financing planted forests, land use conflicts and benefit sharing. Environmental Risks, ecosystems services etc.

    The plenary meeting will be held in Lisbon; while there will be scientific workshops in Bilbao, Bordeaux, Dublin, Edinburgh and Porto.
