The annual open call for oral and written statements for the 2015 high-level segment of the Economic and Social Council for NGOs in consultative status with ECOSOC will be from 6 April 2015 until 27 April 2015. IFFA is accredited for such consultative status.
The theme for the 2015 session of ECOSOC is “Managing the transition from the Millennium Development Goals to the sustainable development goals: what it will take”.
IFFA is committed to the development and implementation of international communication strategies.
This was the main message when IFFA chair Peter deMarsh addressed the United Nations Forum on forests. The 13th session of the forum was held in New York 7 to 11 May 2018.
Design mechanism to support sustainable wood

The conference was a joint initiative between FAO and the Collaborative Partnership of Forests.
